September, 2016

I was diagnosed HIV+ in 2004 after I had an STD.

I stayed healthy until 2008, then I started having health problems. In May of that year I was hospitalized for three days. I was advised to start ARVs but refused to listen to the doctors as I was scared of the side effects. So I chose to take antioxidants and supplements instead.

In 2010, I started losing weight in so I went to a clinic for weight loss and urinary tract disorders. They still told me to start ARVs before it was too late, but I refused and took my files away with me, telling them that I was not an experimental monkey. I still have those files with me.

In 2012, I started taking more herbs from farms instead of grocery stores and my health has continually been improving.  I don’t go to clinics anymore. My health and my HIV positive status don’t match.  At this time I don’t have any symptoms of HIV, not even a yeast infection.

I am planning to study botany and microbiology,to understand more about nutrition and herbal medicine.

Anyone can feel free to contact me to share experiences.
